Notes
Use Overripe Bananas: The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bread will be. Overripe bananas with plenty of brown spots work best for this recipe.
Don’t Overmix the Batter: When combining the wet and dry ingredients, mix until just incorporated. Overmixing can make the bread dense and heavy.
Check for Doneness: Oven temperatures vary, so start checking for doneness at 60 minutes by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean or with a few crumbs, the bread is ready.
